HTM gets an 8 from its passengers

An annual survey is conducted on the performance and service of all public transport companies in the Netherlands, the OV Customer Barometer. The results of the OV Customer Barometer 2022 were announced on 28 February 2023. HTM is pleased that passengers once again gave public transport in the Hague region a high mark. "An 8 is really great. I would especially like to thank all those HTM employees for their efforts, but above all for their customer focus. Thanks to them we are now once again the best city transport company in the Netherlands." said a proud Jaap Bierman, general manager of HTM.

Good scores
The overall rating for HTM's bus services is 8.2, for trams 8.0 and for RandstadRail 7.9. HTM's buses score higher than the national
average when it comes to rating rides, punctuality and transfer time. In the trams, climate and noise score better than the national average.

Improvements
Of course, there are also points for improvement. Jaap Bierman: "We are still busy analysing the results further, but we see that we score lower than the national average, among other things.
